origin : Single Plot. Beautiful vineyard on steep terraces in Tupin. Viticulture tasks are handmade as several centuries ago.

Very rare : Less than 2000 bottles.

Soil Type : Gneiss

Grape variety : 100% Syrah

Winemaking : Harvested by hand. Whole bunch fermented.

Ageing : About 27 months in oak barrels.

Consumption : Wine for ageing. It can be laid down for 10 to 20 years.

Food and wine matching : Rare rib or rump of beef. Roast lamb.
